Refund policy
We do not accept Cancellations, Refunds or Returns.
We do our very best to make sure all orders are safely wrapped up for delivery.
Please inspect your order when it arrives. In the unfortunate event your order turns up damaged or incorrect please contact us with photographic evidence within the first 48 hours of receiving your parcel. We will then be able to process a replacement for you as quickly as possible.
All our Mugs and Tumblers come individually packaged in a mug box for extra security in transport.
We do not accept order cancellations. Please see our turnaround time, at the top of our Website. If you require your items sooner then please email us before placing an order to ensure we can do this.
